Hi Everyone,
My name is Caroline McQueen and I am an integrative health coach based in Olathe, KS. I have a bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas in Community Health and a master's degree from Creighton University in integrative health and wellness. I was certified in lifestyle medicine through my master's program in 2023. . As a health coach I focus on providing accountability and support while helping my clients improve their metabolic health and physical health by assisting them with creating personalized goals to improve their nutrition, physical activity, sleep and stress management. I also offer personalized coaching to those who are pre-diabetic or diabetic. I have been a health coach for four years and I recently started my own business last year called CDM Health and Wellness, Inc. I do everything virtually so I can help anyone who lives anywhere around the United States. My services range from $40-$60 a session or $300-$400 a package.
