We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled session cost, while no-shows or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may also incur a $30 rescheduling fee. Rescheduled appointments must be within 30 days of the original appointment date.

We do not directly accept insurance. However, you may be able to submit your receipt to your insurance provider for reimbursement if your plan covers these services.

How long is a typical session?

Initial consultations typically last 60–90 minutes. Follow-up sessions are usually 60 minutes, although you may choose a 90-minute session if you prefer a longer appointment.

Do you offer online consultations or package discounts?

Yes. We offer online consultations through this platform. We also offer discounted packages for multiple sessions, which you may ask about during your consultation.

What happens if I arrive late or have a health emergency?

Late arrivals will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. For health emergencies, please contact your healthcare provider or go to the nearest emergency room. Our services are for general wellness and guidance and are not intended for emergency care.
