What is Your Cancellation Policy?

You may cancel up to 24 hours prior to session for a full refund

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee, and no-shows will be charged the full fee. Refunds are available for sessions canceled with at least 24 hours' notice, but not for services rendered or missed appointments. Refunds for prepaid packages are only available within 7 days of purchase and if no sessions have been used. After 7 days, transfers to another service are possible.

A 3% processing fee is applied to all credit card transactions. We do not directly accept insurance, but you may submit your receipt for reimbursement.

Appointment Scheduling and Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice. A rescheduling fee may apply for late cancellations. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions or rescheduling.

The initial consultation involves a comprehensive assessment of your health history, lifestyle, and dietary habits. A personalized nutrition plan will be created. Follow-up sessions typically last 45-60 minutes.

Intake Form Submission

The intake form is sent via email after booking and includes questions about your health history, dietary preferences, and goals. It must be completed before your consultation to ensure a tailored experience.

Late arrivals will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Package Deals and Discounts

We offer discounted packages for multiple sessions. Inquire during your consultation for more details.

Preparation for Your First Appointment

Please bring any relevant medical history or dietary records. It's helpful to come prepared with specific questions or goals related to your nutrition.
