So happy to meet you!
My name is Chris Ann Sepkowski. I am a Board Certified Holistic Nutrition and Wellness Coach specializing in Hormonal Health and the proud founder of Be Well with Chris Ann, Inc.

It is all a perfect storm that comes together, one step and decision at a time. My goal is to empower and motivate others to achieve their goals through mindful nutritional choices and lifestyle planning. From shopping to pantry organization, to growing produce at home, planning, preparing, and cooking healthy meals, I can assist you with the right skills and tools. Through mindful meditation and the belief in yourself to be confident and open to receive, you can live the healthy and happy life you desire. It's all within reach!
I am a wife and a mom of six children and three grandchildren. I would love to support and encourage you and your family to be happy, be healthy, be empowered, and be well.

Certified Nutrition Specialist, National Board Certified Health Coach
In 2016 I was diagnosed with autoimmune arthritis. After years of pain, it was good to finally have an answer to what was happening in my body. I was introduced to the Auto Immune Protocol by a friend and I immediately started eliminating problematic foods from my diet. In a week, there was a marked difference. By month 6, I was back to my active self I’d been in high school. My pain levels have been reduced by 85%; I am glad to share what I’ve learned in this journey with you.
Welcome! My name is Haley Halteman. I'm a Master Nutrition Therapist, Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and 200hr RYT with Yoga Alliance. Sand Lake, NY
Sand Lake is a town in the south-central part of Rensselaer County, New York, United States. Sand Lake is about 13 miles east of Albany, New York. As of the 2020 census, the population was 8,348. Within the town are three hamlets: Averill Park, Glass Lake, and the hamlet of Sand Lake. Its four lakes are a source of recreation. Many commercial enterprises of the 19th century and into the 20th century relied on power generated from the Wynants Kill Creek and Burden Lake mills. The area is known for its fertile soil for grazing and agriculture.
Sand Lake was first home to Native Americans. In 1629, Kiliaen van Rensselaer acquired a 700,000-acre land grant to establish a Dutch colony, encompassing what later became Sand Lake. Called the Manor of Rensselaerswyck, it was 48 miles across and 24 miles long. In 1664, it became a colony of England and was called the Province of New York. It flipped back to the Dutch in 1672 and returned to the English in 1674.
In the 1750s, Dutch settlers moved into what is now Sand Lake, followed by German pioneers. By 1772, present-day Sand Lake was in the Rensselaerwyck District of Albany County. Present-day Sand Lake extends into both towns.
The town of Sand Lake was formed from Greenbush and Berlin from an act of the legislature on March 21, 1812, and it was officially made a town on March 1, 1813. Municipal positions were established to be responsible to its citizens, including town clerks, assessors, and more. Calvin Thompson became the first Supervisor. The first postmaster, in 1815, was Daniel M. Gregory. The soil, especially on the eastern lowlands, is fertile for grazing and agriculture, particularly small fruit, strawberries, and other berries.
While the surface of the town is undulating in the west, it is quite mountainous in the east, a part of the Rensselaer Plateau. Oak and Perigo hills are about 900 feet above sea level. According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 36.2 square miles (94 km2), of which 35.2 square miles (91 km2) is land and 0.9 square miles (2.3 km2) (2.63%) is water.
