As a Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, Personal Trainer and of Sprout Nourishment, I am a firm believer in living well through a balance of whole, natural foods and exercise. This belief, along with my background in holistic nutrition and wellness coaching has inspired me to help others gain control of their overall health. Through education and coaching, I am able to support my clients while creating and maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle based on proper nutrition and exercise. I provide an integrative approach that teaches the importance of adding-in and crowding-out focusing on food, physical fitness, relationships, careers and spirituality. The core of my business and my beliefs are that eating fresh, local, organic, GMO-free foods are the key to great nutrition and overall wellness. It is my goal to educate people on how the balance of carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, and minerals help fuel your body and keep it performing at its best. Personally, I enjoy visiting farmer’s markets, time with friends and family, working out, and creating fresh meals made with local, organic ingredients. My personal goal is get some sort of exercise each day. My favorite activities include beach volleyball, high intensity interval training (HIIT), strength training, hiking and cardio.
