Rosa Torres

I'm Rosa Torres, the Christian life and wellness coach behind RT220: Faith, Fitness, Wholeness. I help busy, high-achieving women of faith in midlife identify what needs attention and build a workable plan for their well-being. You already invest in your health, yet the practices that once supported you may no longer fit this season. Together, we examine beliefs, strengthen boundaries, and make room for movement, nourishment, and rest, with prayer and Christ at the center. Choose a focused coaching session, The Untangling Journey small group, or six private sessions. Our work aims to help you gain clarity about your priorities, confidence in your next steps, and strength to follow through. Start with a free 30 minute Wellness Clarity Call. Sessions are available online in English and Spanish.
