I have been practicing yoga for over twenty years and have taught every age, level, ability, ambition, and style there is! Outside of yoga, I am a spiritual kinesiologist and teach at SUNY Cortland while pursing my Doctorate of Philosophy in Kinesiology from Concordia St. Paul emphasizing metaphysics with a heavy focus on yogic science.
