Certified Nutrition Specialist, National Board Certified Health Coach
In 2016 I was diagnosed with autoimmune arthritis. After years of pain, it was good to finally have an answer to what was happening in my body. I was introduced to the Auto Immune Protocol by a friend and I immediately started eliminating problematic foods from my diet. In a week, there was a marked difference. By month 6, I was back to my active self I’d been in high school. My pain levels have been reduced by 85%; I am glad to share what I’ve learned in this journey with you.
Let's get to the root cause of your health issues for good.
Here's my approach: we utilize customized holistic nutrition, cutting-edge lab testing and high-quality supplements to balance your body from within. Your body has the capacity to heal: let's get you there.

By combining holistic nutrition with functional testing, I’ve been able to get my clients their confidence & life back WITHOUT wasting more time & money on approaches that don’t work.
Now, I’m teaching you the same 3-step process I used so you can get clear skin & perfect digestion, too.

Health and Wellness Coach | Functional Nutrition Expert | Certified Change Specialist | Owner, Bloom Health and Wellness LLC
Hi! I am truly excited for the opportunity to meet with you, get to know you and build a trust-filled relationship in a space where you can feel heard and supported. Optimal health and wellness is defined by you! I believe you can achieve balance through many pathways - it is your journey.
Health coaches are behavior change experts that help you create sustainable changes in the way you think, your daily habits and your lifestyle choices. As you can imagine, your journey is unique!
My commitment to you is to support you, listen and help you identify achievable goals that you can integrate into your lifestyle. I can also help you develop problem solving skills and learn how to navigate our unhealthy world.
I genuinely believe that it is important to help clients identify the cause/s that are contributing to you feeling as though you are not well, and focus on those root causes not simply label them.
My professional and personal experiences are vast, although all rooted in healthcare. I am certain they all prepared me to work with you. My career path began as an Echocardiographer. I jumped at the chance to lead highly effective teams in the education, change management, human resources and corporate spaces. During the years I climbed the corporate ladder, I was a student, wife, divorced mother, friend and a advocate for my son that was born with a rare craniofacial syndrome. To say I am a work in progress at balancing life and my self-care is an understatement. Like many career women, I lived with stress consuming my health for years without knowing.
Being a part of someone’s wellness journey is my passion and a sacred and humbling responsibility that I do not take lightly. It is truly an honor. I believe we all deserve a life of vitality and energy and we have the potential to create it for ourselves. Sometimes we need a little help from a coach.
If you experience any issues booking a session or have questions, my email is wellnesscoaching.heather@gmail.com. I don't love social media, however, happy to connect with you on IG at https://www.instagram.com/bloom.healthcoach/
Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, Personal Trainer
Hi, I'm Jaci Salley, a Holistic Nutritionist and Personal Trainer dedicated to helping you achieve balance through whole, natural foods and exercise. My journey in holistic nutrition and wellness coaching has fueled my passion for empowering others to take charge of their health.
I believe in a holistic approach to well-being, blending proper nutrition with exercise to foster a healthy, balanced lifestyle. My coaching emphasizes the importance of adding beneficial habits while gently replacing less healthy ones, focusing on food, fitness, relationships, careers, and spirituality.
My core philosophy centers around the idea that fresh, local, organic, and GMO-free foods are essential for optimal nutrition and wellness. I aim to educate you on how balancing carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, and minerals can keep your body functioning at its best.
On a personal note, I love exploring farmer’s markets, spending quality time with loved ones, and staying active. I make it a point to incorporate some form of exercise into each day, whether it's beach volleyball, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), strength training, hiking, or cardio. Creating fresh meals with local, organic ingredients is a true joy for me.
My mission is to inspire others to live their best life by kindly helping them to plan the best dietary and lifestyle changes to live the best life possible. A mutual faith and determination between myself and client will enable them to have the best day ever, every day!
I work with women who want to lose weight through detoxing, balancing hormones, improving GI systems – all by and switching to whole-foods, proper supplementation, and daily habit changes.
I will be working DIRECTLY with YOU, one-to-one, in our sessions, emphasizing that everything you’re experiencing is synergistically connected in an individual package that is entirely UNIQUELY YOU. This concept is often referred to as your ‘biochemical individuality,’ and the word ‘HOLISTIC’ (holism) emerged from this concept. You’re not just your weight, your thyroid problem, or your digestive complications as insinuated by conventional medicine. No, your WHOLE body is symbiotically connected – what happens in one area of your body WILL ultimately affect everything else. Thus, through the practice of Nutritional Therapy, I will encourage you to revisit the WHOLE, beautifully painted picture that is YOU. Namely, I’m going to empower YOU with the tools needed to understand and become ‘in tune’ to your own body using clean, whole foods, healthy exercise, and a balanced lifestyle so that you too can RISE and THRIVE, daily.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the census-designated place of Pahrump has a total area of 297.9 sq mi (771.5 km2), all of which is land. By area, it is the largest CDP in the contiguous United States, although it ranks only eleventh nationally, since the largest ten are all in Alaska. The area lies in the Mojave Desert.
Summers in Pahrump are generally very hot and dry, with occasional pushes of monsoonal moisture beginning in early July. Being at a similar elevation to Las Vegas, daytime highs in summer average within a few degrees lower than that of Las Vegas. Record highs are similar between the two cities as well. A typical day during June through August brings temperatures around 100 °F (38 °C), and occasionally 110 °F (43 °C). Nighttime temperatures, however, are noticeably cooler. This is due to the lack of an urban heat island in Pahrump, allowing for intense radiative cooling after sundown. As a result, summer nights are pleasantly warm, bottoming out in the mid-60s or 70s °F (around 20 °C). Pahrump's location in a valley leads to large diurnal temperature ranges, typically 30 °F (17 °C) but occasionally 40 °F (22 °C). By late August and early September, the sweltering summer heat noticeably tempers down. September is the gateway to fall, which brings very pleasant weather. October highs are generally 80 °F (27 °C) and nighttime temperatures in the 50s °F (low teens °C). Due to its elevation, Pahrump is protected from the searing summer temperatures experienced in the nearby Death Valley.
Like other locations in the Mojave desert, winters are typically mild, with occasional pushes of cold air from the north. Daytime highs average from the mid-50s and 60s °F (10s °C), but low temperatures hover around freezing for most nights between December and February. Spring brings pleasantly warm temperatures and cool evenings. Like other locations in the Mojave desert, this is the windiest time of year. Snowfall is rare in Pahrump, but there is generally at least one snow day per year.
Pahrump was originally inhabited by the Southern Paiute. It was slowly inhabited by settlers in the late 19th century. They reportedly chose the name for Pahrump after the original Southern Paiute name Pah-Rimpi, or "Water Rock," so named because of the abundant artesian wells in the valley. Because of the artesian wells, the new inhabitants of Pahrump Valley began a number of large ranch-style holdings, mostly over 1,000 acres (400 ha) in size. On the ranches, alfalfa and cotton were grown, and livestock were raised.
In terms of health and wellness, Pahrump offers a range of facilities and activities to support residents' well-being. Desert View Hospital offers comprehensive health services, including wellness check-ups and preventive care programs. Anytime Fitness offers comprehensive fitness programs including cardio, strength training, and group exercise classes.
