Welcome to Rooted Light. My work is centered around helping you understand and shift the patterns, beliefs, and reactions that may be keeping you stuck, even when you consciously know what you want to change.

I primarily use hypnosis to work with the subconscious mind, while integrating energy work and other supportive practices when they are appropriate for you and what comes forward during our work together. Every session is individualized, so rather than fitting you into one specific method, we focus on what you are experiencing, what you would like to change, and the approach that best supports that process.

Whether you are navigating a long-standing pattern, an emotional response you cannot quite explain, a life transition, or simply feel that something beneath the surface needs attention, my goal is to create a grounded and supportive space where we can explore it together.

Sessions are available virtually, as well as in person in the Asheville, North Carolina area.
