Bellevue is part of the Green Bay metropolitan area. Bellevue sits around 4.34 miles (6.99 km) east of central Green Bay. Bellevue was named for the French words meaning "beautiful view".

The racial makeup of the village was 80.6% White, 1.2% African American, 1.1% Native American, 4.9% Asian, 5.6% from other races, and 6.6% from two or more races. As of the 2010 census, there were 14,570 people, 5,876 households, and 3,883 families living in the village. The population density was 1,016.0 inhabitants per square mile (392.3/km²). There were 6,314 housing units at an average density of 440.3 per square mile (170.0/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 87.5% White, 1.0% African American, 0.9% Native American, 3.9% Asian, 4.9% from other races, and 1.9% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 9.3% of the population.
