I am known as the "professional hippie" Yogini Shakti, and am a RYS 500, certified Meditation Teacher and certified Mindfulness Coach pursuing my E-RYT 500, 1600 hour master training, and Yoga Therapist. I have been practicing yoga for over twenty years and have taught every age, level, ability, ambition, and style there is! Outside of yoga, I am a spiritual kinesiologist and teach at SUNY Cortland while pursing my Doctorate of Philosophy in Kinesiology from Concordia St. Paul emphasizing metaphysics with a heavy focus on yogic science.
