Welcome, love. I'm Molly Rose, a yoga, meditation, and breathwork teacher with a decade+ of experience teaching, studying, and seeking truth around the globe.
As a yoga teacher, I seek to plant a seed. I hope to guide you out of your head and back into the wisdom of your incredible body. My classes are intuitive, spacious, and soulful. You are encouraged to slow down, tune in, and move in a way that feels organic and expressive.
As a breathwork facilitator, I am here to hold space as you begin to unravel into your truth. I create a safe container for soulful expression. One in which you are free to surrender, unwind, process, grieve, FEEL, and transform. It is deep work and something I do not take lightly. There is potent magic to be discovered when you allow yourself to explore your shadow.
I aim to share the resources, tools, and skills that have helped me in my own healing process. I believe we are our own greatest healers and the true magic lies within that remembrance.
I hold a PhD in Philosophy, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, and yoga certification. I have traveled the world studying healing practices and shamanism. I have induced full chakra Kundalini awakenings and dried wet sheets in freezing temperatures with my bare body—I know of no one else who has done either without an outside teacher. I now gift the world a healing protocol and welcome guests for private retreats to heal with me at Eagle Vortex Healing Sanctuary.

Suitland is named after 19th-century landowner and businessman Senator Samuel Taylor Suit, whose estate, "Suitland", was located near the present-day intersection of Suitland and Silver Hill Roads.
As an unincorporated area, Suitland's boundaries are not officially defined. The U.S. Geological Survey locates the center of Suitland at 38°50'49"N 76°55'33"W. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, Suitland has a total area of 4.2 square miles (11.0 km2), a 25% reduction from the 2.2 square miles (5.6 km2) used in previous years. While the Census Bureau defines the CDP as all land, the Suitland Bog and portions of Henson Creek, a tributary of the Potomac, are located off Suitland Parkway near the southern border of the CDP.
Suitland Bog is one of the last of the natural bogs in the D.C. region, which numbered approximately thirty before the onset of suburban development.
