"I suffered from debilitating migraines for most of my life. Physicians told me migraines were heredity and because of my family history should expect this to be part of my life. At that time and for many years I accepted this as truth. Because of this acceptance, I was often sidelined from enjoying my life for days at a time as yet another migraine would inflict its pain. Thankfully, the world of meditation, journaling, crystals, tapping, and eating differently was introduced to me and I was able to break the cycle of migraines without medication!"
Reach out today for your free consultation and we will discuss the many ways Reiki can guide you in your life. Such as, lessening chronic migraine, overcome fatigue, manage stress, improve sleep and manage neck and back pain, and so much more.
I look forward to connecting with you.
Namaste,

Hello, my name is Linda. I am a trained Holistic Life Coach and certified Holistic Practitioner. Combining different tools and modalities, my goal is to support you restoring Harmony in your Life.
If your story is anything like mine, you are on a journey to heal your body. A life free from constant chronic pain and fatigue is what so many are longing for. Maybe you’ve been to countless practitioners and received multiple diagnoses, but you still feel completely hopeless. You are not alone. I was there, too. This is my story, and I was able to heal myself.I was diagnosed with extreme adrenal fatigue, achlorhydria, Epstein–Barr virus, Leaky Gut, ovarian cysts, PCOS, Lymes disease, PTSD…oh, and I had a few parasites. All of this happened before my twenty-fourth birthday. Along with this diagnosis, I had severe depression, anxiety, constant bloating, eczema, weight gain, acne, and hormonal imbalances. It became so debilitating that steamed vegetables were the only thing my body was positively responding too. Burdened by the thousands of dollars I was spending on health care, I finally took matters into my own hands and began the journey to heal my body. And that I did.Over the course of my journey, I was able to heal. Yes, find complete freedom and excitement again in life. I now deeply feel that it is my calling to support and help other women heal. I felt completely alone in my journey, and I needed a coach and a support system to help guide me though it. That is now what I offer to you as a coach. I come alongside my clients that are hopeless, lost and frustrated that every other protocol, detox, and supplement didn’t work. I find joy in sharing my knowledge and experience with others, and my mission is for you to finally find freedom too!
I hold a PhD in Philosophy, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, and yoga certification. I have traveled the world studying healing practices and shamanism. I have induced full chakra Kundalini awakenings and dried wet sheets in freezing temperatures with my bare body—I know of no one else who has don…

HIiii. Welcome.
My story: I lived the first thirty years of my life, as many of us do, wanting to make my parents proud, wanting friends to like me, and wanting to fit in according to all societal norms. The result: a law degree, a high paying lawyer job, boredom and a feeling of "Meh" about my life. Hello Saturn return.
I was Julia Roberts in Runaway Bride who did not know what kind of eggs I liked (terrible reference, but go with me). I went on a self discover journey. I practiced tuning into my intuition. I learned about subconscious reprogramming, inner child and shadow work, I tried meditation for the first time. I took courses in Chinese energy healing, mediumship, and integrated energy therapy. I studied the Akashic Records, talked to my spirit guides, and maybe sometimes just talked to myself. Then I went deep down the Human Design rabbit hole and fell out the other side.
I still do not have the answers to how the universe works, but I feel a bit better. And I developed so many self discovery tools and felt a calling to share them — with you maybe.
I now offer spiritual guidance counseling and human design readings. Warning: a lot of the spiritual stuff falls into the woo woo, airy fairy camp. I invite you to schedule a quick free call with me if you have any questions. I also teach group classes on human design if you want to get friends together or treat your office staff.
You got this. I'm here if you need me.

Settled in 1630, Winthrop is one of the oldest communities in the United States. It is also one of the smallest and most densely populated municipalities in Massachusetts. It is one of the four cities that comprise Suffolk County (the others are Boston, Revere, and Chelsea). It is the southernmost part of the North Shore, with a 7-mile (11 km) shoreline that provides views of the Atlantic Ocean to the east and of the Boston skyline to the west.
In 2005, the Town of Winthrop voted to change its governance from a representative town meeting adopted in 1920 to a council-manager form of government. Under Massachusetts law, as of 2006 when the new Town Charter took effect, Winthrop became de jure a city. However, it is one of thirteen cities in Massachusetts that chose to remain known as a 'town.'
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 8.3 square miles (21.5 km2), of which 2.0 square miles (5.2 km2) is land and 6.3 square miles (16.3 km2) (76.02%) is water. However, according to the Town Government, Winthrop has a land area of just 1.6 square miles (4.1 km2).
Winthrop is connected by land skirting the Belle Isle Marsh Reservation, which is shared across the Belle Isle Inlet with East Boston. The town was originally separated from Deer Island. Although still an island by name, Deer Island has been connected to Winthrop since the former Shirley Gut channel, which once separated the island from the town, was filled in by the New England Hurricane of 1938. The town is considered the northern dividing line between Boston Harbor to its west and Massachusetts Bay to its east.
The town is divided into several neighborhoods with a central downtown area, including Court Park and Cottage Park along the Boston Harbor side of town, and Point Shirley, Cottage Hill, Winthrop Beach, Ocean Spray, and Winthrop Highlands on the Massachusetts Bay side. The town is bordered by Revere to the north, and Boston on the northwest, west, and southeast. The water rights of the town extend to the edge of the county, and border those of Nahant in Essex County. As a result of the expansion of Logan International Airport, part of four of the runways (4L/22R, 4R/22L, 15R/33L, and most of 15L/33R) lies within what was once the water rights of the town. By land, Winthrop is 5.5 miles (8.9 km) from Beacon Hill, the measuring point for all road signs in Massachusetts.
Deer Island, though within the city limits of Boston, is located in Winthrop Bay. It ceased to be an island in the 1930s when Shirley Gut, which separated it from Winthrop, was filled in. The island has a sordid past as an internment camp for Native Americans during King Philip's War, a quarantine station where many immigrants died, and the site of a county jail. Today, the island is home to the mammoth Deer Island Waste Water Treatment Plant, which provides sewage treatment for the Boston area. Despite the presence of the water treatment plant, Deer Island has been part of the Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area since 1996 and the remainder of the island consists of parkland and offers walking, jogging, sightseeing, picnicking, and fishing. Part of the parkland consists of a man-made earthen berm that partly conceals the treatment plant from view from Winthrop. The island is now popular with many Winthrop residents, due to the park landscaping and views of Boston Harbor and the Atlantic Ocean.
Winthrop Town places a strong emphasis on health and wellness for its residents. Tufts Medical Center and Winthrop Neighborhood Health offer a top-notch medical staff and a full spectrum of high-quality, state-of-the-art healthcare services. Start your day with a refreshing walk or run along the Deer Island Harbor Walk for scenic views and a breath of fresh air. For a full-body workout, check out RPM Fitness or Tradewinds Fitness for top-notch gym facilities and classes. For those interested in a holistic approach, East Boston YMCA offers wellness programs including yoga and meditation. Dive into aquatic exercises or simply relax at the Wave Health & Fitness center
Population: 18,510 (2022). Zip code: 02152. Area code: 617 / 857. Area: 8.3 square miles (21.5 km2). Elevation: 36 ft (11 m).
