Hi! I'm Antoinette! I'm a Holistic Coach for Women of Color. My mission is to help you unravel limiting beliefs to use them to empower you instead of hold you back from doing what you want to do and create a plan for your path to healing.
I work with my clients on a 1:1 basis and hold our sessions via zoom.
I'm a Filipina immigrant to France and a mom of 3 kids. I am passionate about empowering women of color, fighting for justice and equality, and living your life unapologetically authentic, fully and wholly.

Meet Your Coach Hello, my name is Benita Whitaker Cleveland. I am a retired high school counselor and Career & Technology Education (CTE) teacher. I have over 20 years of experience working with teens and pre-teens at my local church and in public education. I am passionate about the work …
I've worked with teens as a teacher in middle school, in high school, a high school librarian, and now as a life coach. The reason for my commitment to teens is simple - I really like them, and teens need fans. My passion for coaching comes from knowing that teens have too many people giving them advice and telling them what to do, and what they really need is someone to listen fully and without judgment while they find their way to the solutions and changes they can make to pursue their passions and goals. I am honored to be that person for the teens and young adults I coach.
I earned an MEd. in. Secondary English Education and am a Certified Life Coach for Young People through Youth Coaching Institute (YCI). I also write a monthly column on the School Library Journal's Teen Librarian Toolbox blog called RevolTeens about teens who make a difference in the world.
At home, I have raised three of my own teens, now 23, 19, and 17. I know that they have always needed an outside unbiased voice from teachers, therapists, or other trusted adults in addition to their parents' guidance to feel successful and grounded. One of the reasons that coaching works for teens is that they get to talk to someone who is not their mom. An outside, caring, and compassionate adult who works with them where they are now - with no history or baggage. It is a great honor and privilege to be that adult in a teen's life.
If your teen needs an outside voice to listen, connect, and guide them through solving problems, let's talk. I offer free consultations with parents (or young adults 18-24) to discuss what brings you to coaching and how coaching can help. You can find me at www.christinelively.com

My area of specialism is helping women over 40 find a new purpose and restart their career after raising their children.
In order to raise your family, you may have put your career on hold or on the back burner.
Now that your children are becoming independent, you find yourself wanting to restart your career, but you feel left behind, lost and unsure where to start. I can help you assess your options and choose a path aligned with your values.
Working with you, I will help you build up your self-confidence, overcome Imposter Syndrome, assess your skills and where you may need to gain new ones, and most importantly create a step-by-step plan that you will put into action. I will hold you accountable and accompany you along the way.
Or you may be in a job that you used to like but which is no longer fulfilling. Maybe you have changed, or maybe your sector of activity has changed beyond recognition and it does not align with your values. So you feel out of step, demotivated and with no improvement in sight.
You may want to change careers but you don’t know where to start.
You feel stuck… overwhelmed…
But it doesn’t have to be this way! You can transform your life!
Working together, you can examine various career options rationally, calmly and choose the best one for your values so that you find fulfilment in your career. We will build a plan to guide you every step of the way so you are not left on your own. So Sunday nights will no longer be filled with dread. You will once again experience growth, have the energy to take on new challenges and feel the deep sense of satisfaction that comes with a fulfilling career where you are making the right impact!
Or you may really struggle with empty nest syndrome and want to find your zest for life again after children. It is a difficult time but you can transition successfully towards a happier life!
I can help you learn to put yourself first, process the grief, overcome the loneliness and enjoy life without guilt.
You will reinvent your relationship with your grown-up children, one where you are not always the giver and they are the taker but where you all find new ways of nurturing each other and enjoying interaction.
Midlife after raising children does not have to be a sad, lonely experience. You can create a life full of purpose where you can finally do what matters to you and enjoy the best life has to offer!
Don't put things off, start your new life NOW!
Hey beautiful! It’s so wonderful you’ve dropped by.
Once upon a time, I was a boss babe like you on the run. I wasn’t taking care of myself and my skin was suffering. I wanted to look as confident as I felt but I tended to hide under makeup, self conscious. It wasn’t until I learned the secrets to healthy, glowing skin that I didn’t have to hide anymore!
Everyone wants glowing skin yet not everyone knows it’s possible. I’m completely obsessed with helping women realize their glowing potential and coaching them through their skincare journey!

Lake in the Hills, IL
Lake in the Hills (often abbreviated L.I.T.H. or LITH) is a village in McHenry County, Illinois, United States. As of the 2020 census, the population was 28,982.
The village is most known for its very high residential growth which occurred most heavily in the 1990s. Once a sleepy lakeside village of cottages and small ranches, its population skyrocketed as developers flocked to the area in the 1990s. Its population increased by 17,000 people (a nearly 400% increase) over this period, making it one of the most rapidly growing suburbs of Chicago and in the United States at that time. At the height of its building boom, the village issued over 1,000 residential building permits in 1995.
In the late 1990s, the village faced the challenge of providing adequate services and infrastructure as well as establishing an identity and community unity, since many community services (libraries, schools, fire districts) were pre-delegated to neighboring communities such as Huntley, Algonquin, and Crystal Lake. However, the village continues to expand its resources and community offerings and is also endeavoring to diversify its tax base and provide more commercial and industrial businesses.
Lake in the Hills is located at 42°11′12″N 88°20′51″W (42.186729, -88.347429). According to the 2010 census, Lake in the Hills has a total area of 10.614 square miles (27.49 km2), of which 10.38 square miles (26.88 km2) (or 97.8%) is land and 0.234 square miles (0.61 km2) (or 2.2%) is water.
Lake in the Hills was started in 1923 by Federal Judge Walter J. La Buy around Woods Creek Lake, which is the main lake in Lake in the Hills. By the year 1926, La Buy bought 472 acres (1.91 km2) of land which is currently Indian Trail. On this land, he built five stucco homes; only one stands in its original state, which is currently owned by the Village of Lake in the Hills. The other four original stucco homes have been altered in some way, but all still stand in the original spot by Woods Creek Lake.
The early days of Lake in the Hills saw vacationers from the Chicago area, who wanted to spend some time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. By 1950, some of the vacationers became year-round residents of Lake in the Hills. On November 29, 1952, the Village of Lake in the Hills was formed.
The village of Lake in the Hills remained a small, close-knit lakeside residential community for much of the 20th Century, relying on nearby towns like Algonquin and Crystal Lake for services. In 1987, the Village's first shopping center was constructed; it was built at the intersection of Algonquin Road and Oakleaf Road±. In the late 1980s and early 1990s, the Village made a series of large annexations extending west of Randall Road, all the way west to Illinois Route 47. Numerous subdivisions were constructed in this area throughout the 1990s and 2000s (decade) and retail development blossomed along Randall Road during this period as well. By the mid-2000s (decade), development had slowed down and as the Village became landlocked by other municipalities, it worked to appropriately develop its remaining parcels.
Health and wellness are priorities in Lake in the Hills, with several facilities catering to the well-being of its residents. Explore the parks, facilities, and programs offered by the Lake in the Hills Parks and Recreation Department.
