Health and Wellness Coach, iRest Meditation Teacher, Yoga Teacher -RYT500
Angela David is a Health & Wellness Coach, Registered Nurse (RN), and Master of Public Health (MPH) professional specializing in sustainable behavior change, stress management, and evidence-informed wellness practices for healthcare professionals and high-stress populations.
Her work integrates health coaching, public health principles, behavior change science, and nervous system-aware wellness practices to help clients build realistic, sustainable health habits within the demands of real life.
Angela has been teaching yoga since 2015 and later pursued advanced training in trauma-informed yoga, meditation, and iRest Yoga Nidra after recognizing the impact chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation can have on both physical and emotional wellbeing. Her approach is grounded, practical, and focused on helping clients develop sustainable systems for movement, recovery, stress management, nutrition, and overall wellbeing.
Through her experience working in healthcare during the COVID-19 pandemic, Angela witnessed firsthand the strain that chronic stress, burnout, fatigue, and inconsistent self-care place on healthcare professionals and caregivers. This experience deepened her commitment to prevention-oriented, sustainable approaches to health and wellness that support individuals in navigating high levels of stress.
Angela helps clients develop personalized strategies that can realistically be maintained under real-world stress and life demands. Her work emphasizes self-awareness, implementation, consistency, and long-term behavior change that aligns with each client’s actual capacity, values, and goals.
Angela is currently preparing for board certification through the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC). She is also a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500), Warriors at Ease Level 2 trained, and an iRest Yoga Nidra Level 1 teacher. Yoga and meditation are integrated thoughtfully within her work as supportive tools for nervous system regulation, resilience, and recovery.
Her work is especially supportive for healthcare professionals, caregivers, military-connected communities, and individuals seeking a more grounded, evidence-informed approach to long-term wellbeing.

The first European settlement in what is today Bainbridge was a trading post set up by James Burges in the late 18th century. From him comes the name Burges's Bluff. The town was named after U.S. Navy Commodore William Bainbridge, commander of the USS Constitution ("Old Ironsides"), and was incorporated on December 22, 1829.
In 1824, Bainbridge was designated seat of the newly formed Decatur County.
On October 10, 2018, Bainbridge fell victim to Hurricane Michael. The storm left widespread damage through the city limits, including downed trees, power lines, and structural damage. Many residents affected suffered severe damage to their homes.
