I am a domestic abuse survivor, I have been through the trenches, I was in a happy marriage for 16 years with 2 beautiful children. I found myself in a split second: a single mother, with no husband. My husband took his life; I tried to save him but lost my battle. I also suffer from ADHD, but I am very high functioning because I have learned strategies that work. I have been through a lot of the thing's women come to me with, so although I am a Master Certified Practitioner, graduated with the highest distinction possible, I still know how it feels, and what works. I am not for everyone, a lot of coaches have a just think positive, motivational quote type shit., well that is not who I am. I am always going to be your biggest motivator, but I am going to hold you accountable. I am not here to sugar coat anything, but I am here to be by your side, telling you what you already know or don't want to hear at all, and that sucks sometimes. I do not do this for the paycheck. I do this for the women who are like me. REAL, and are tired of feeling alone. English
