Welcome, love. I'm Molly Rose, a yoga, meditation, and breathwork teacher with a decade+ of experience teaching, studying, and seeking truth around the globe.
As a yoga teacher, I seek to plant a seed. I hope to guide you out of your head and back into the wisdom of your incredible body. My classes are intuitive, spacious, and soulful. You are encouraged to slow down, tune in, and move in a way that feels organic and expressive.
As a breathwork facilitator, I am here to hold space as you begin to unravel into your truth. I create a safe container for soulful expression. One in which you are free to surrender, unwind, process, grieve, FEEL, and transform. It is deep work and something I do not take lightly. There is potent magic to be discovered when you allow yourself to explore your shadow.
I aim to share the resources, tools, and skills that have helped me in my own healing process. I believe we are our own greatest healers and the true magic lies within that remembrance.
I hold a PhD in Philosophy, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, and yoga certification. I have traveled the world studying healing practices and shamanism. I have induced full chakra Kundalini awakenings and dried wet sheets in freezing temperatures with my bare body—I know of no one else who has done either without an outside teacher. I now gift the world a healing protocol and welcome guests for private retreats to heal with me at Eagle Vortex Healing Sanctuary.

The area of present-day Goleta was populated for thousands of years by the native Chumash people. Locally they became known by the Spanish as Canaliños because they lived along the coast adjacent to the Channel Islands. One of the largest villages, S'axpilil, was north of the Goleta Slough, not far from the present-day Santa Barbara Airport.
The first European visitor to the Goleta area was the Spanish mariner Juan Rodríguez Cabrillo, who spent time around the Channel Islands in 1542 and died there in 1543. During the 1980s, the discovery of some 16th-century cannon on the beach led to the advancement of a theory that Sir Francis Drake sailed into the Goleta Slough in 1579. Goleta is one of many alternative locations (and the one farthest south) proposed for Drake's "New Albion", generally believed to be today's Drake's Bay, north of San Francisco.
In 1602, another sailing expedition, led by Sebastian Vizcaino, visited the California Coast. Vizcaino named the channel Santa Barbara. Spanish ships associated with the Manila Galleon trade probably stopped in the area intermittently during the next 167 years, but no permanent settlements were established.
