Hi! I’m Dr. Chisato Hotta—a neurodivergent therapist, author, speaker, and mom of autistic twins. I provide virtual therapy for children who can participate in telehealth, teens, and adults. My approach is warm, collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming, and practical, with a little humor mixed in—because therapy can be hard, but it doesn’t have to feel heavy ALL the time!

Together, we’ll look at what’s underneath the anxiety, overwhelm, stress, relationship struggles, parenting challenges, or feelings of being stuck. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We’ll start where you are and find what actually works for YOU! :)
