I'm Denise Glenn, a registered nurse since 2015 and the founder of Flourish with Denise. My clinical background spans ICU, emergency, recovery, infusion therapy, addiction medicine, and wellness clinic care. I've seen what happens when people get more information than structure, and I built Flourish to give them the structure.

Flourish offers whole-person wellness coaching and nutrition education for busy women who already know a lot about health. What they need is a clear priority, a realistic plan, and support that adapts to real life. We focus on nourishment, movement, sleep, stress, routines, and recovery, starting with whatever will make the biggest difference for you.

My approach is practical and evidence-informed. There are no extreme rules, no shame, and no trends. You get clarity, structure that fits your schedule, and habits built to last.

All sessions are virtual. Flourish provides wellness coaching and nutrition education. It is not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or medical nutrition therapy, and it does not replace your own healthcare provider.
