Service Description
We start with gentle head to toe warm up to loosen (song) our joints. Then we transition to
standing yoga poses designed for active agers with arthritis. Then we blend basic TaiChi moves
with balance and end with an internal meditation connecting Yoga, TaiChi & Qigong.
Service Requirements
Wear comfortable clothing, shoes and have a support surface nearby. Follow all physician restrictions or recommendations.
