"I suffered from debilitating migraines for most of my life. Physicians told me migraines were heredity and because of my family history should expect this to be part of my life. At that time and for many years I accepted this as truth. Because of this acceptance, I was often sidelined from enjoying my life for days at a time as yet another migraine would inflict its pain. Thankfully, the world of meditation, journaling, crystals, tapping, and eating differently was introduced to me and I was able to break the cycle of migraines without medication!"
Reach out today for your free consultation and we will discuss the many ways Reiki can guide you in your life. Such as, lessening chronic migraine, overcome fatigue, manage stress, improve sleep and manage neck and back pain, and so much more.
I look forward to connecting with you.
Namaste,
Donna

Growth isn’t one-size-fits-all. Our post-intake counseling is structured into modular, 4-week topical tracks. This allows us to take a highly focused, scriptural approach to specific areas of life without the pressure of a long-term, open-ended commitment. You choose the topic, and we map out the 4-week roadmap to get you there.
After completing your initial 4-week Foundations Intake, you can choose your next step from my specialized, targeted tracks:
• Workplace & Business (Called to Kingdom Work)
• Biblical Marriage (One Flesh)
• Wife Development (The Heart of Her Husband)
• Women's Identity & Healing (Redeemed & Restored)
• Deepening Biblical Literacy (Rooted in the Word)
• Health & Fitness (Grace & Strength Physical Stewardship)
• Ask about our Rooted and Refined topics that relate to your specific needs!
To ensure you receive a comprehensive, truth-centered approach to healing, my practice is grounded in a unique multidisciplinary background from Liberty University. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Counseling, Business, and Healthcare, and am currently completing my advanced Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling (Expected 2027). I am certified in Practical Leadership Studies through CFCI International Bible College
This extensive foundation allows me to expertly guide you across all areas of life—whether we are aligning your heart in our relationship tracks, addressing professional stewardship in our workplace tracks, or honoring the physical body in our health and fitness tracks.

On February 28, 1935, citizens voted, 48 in favor and 46 against, to incorporate the town of East Wenatchee. When the town was incorporated on March 11, 1935, the original town site was 50 acres (200,000 m2). Through subsequent annexations, the town has grown into a city. East Wenatchee's boundaries today encompass 3.67 square miles (9.5 km2). From its foundation in agriculture, the region's economy has diversified to include year-round tourism and a variety of other industries.
On October 5, 1931, East Wenatchee became part of aviation history. Having taken off from Misawa, Japan, pilots Clyde Pangborn and Hugh Herndon Jr. safely belly-landed their Bellanca airplane, Miss Veedol, on a nearby airstrip known then as Fancher Field. After take-off, the pilots intentionally jettisoned the landing gear to conserve fuel. This flight was the first nonstop flight across the Pacific Ocean. In honor of this pioneering flight, East Wenatchee's airport is called Pangborn Memorial Airport, the Pangborn-Herndon Memorial Site, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is nearby, and Miss Veedol's propeller is displayed in the Wenatchee Valley Museum & Cultural Center.
On May 27, 1987, East Wenatchee became part of archaeological history. On that date, while digging in an orchard just east of the city, farmworkers accidentally discovered a cache of 11,000-year-old Clovis points and other artifacts, left there by Pleistocene hunters. The East Wenatchee Clovis Site, near Pangborn Airport, was explored in two subsequent archaeological digs in 1988 and 1990, and was closed to science by the landowner after protests by local Native American tribes—the legal moratorium on new archaeological work at the site ended on June 1, 2007.
East Wenatchee is located at 47°25′17″N 120°17′17″W (47.421506, -120.288094). According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 3.81 square miles (9.87 km2), of which, 3.80 square miles (9.84 km2) is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 km2) is water.
