As I discovered more of myself, I unlocked long-forgotten gifts and today works as an intuitive energy healer, which shapes my work as a functional medicine practitioner and clinical herbalist. I am passionate about embodying a standard of excellence for my health and pass that empowerment and knowledge along to others, while helping them correct energetic, hormone, and chronic imbalances.

My professional and personal experiences are vast, although all rooted in healthcare. I am certain they all prepared me to work with you. My career path began as an Echocardiographer. I jumped at the chance to lead highly effective teams in the education, change management, human resources and corporate spaces. During the years I climbed the corporate ladder, I was a student, wife, divorced mother, friend and a advocate for my son that was born with a rare craniofacial syndrome. To say I am a work in progress at balancing life and my self-care is an understatement. Like many career women, I lived with stress consuming my health for years without knowing.
Being a part of someone’s wellness journey is my passion and a sacred and humbling responsibility that I do not take lightly. It is truly an honor. Happy Valley was originally settled by Christian and Matilda Deardorff after receiving 640 acres from The Donation Land Claim Act of 1850 in Clackamas County between a cinder cone volcano later named Mt. Scott and a knoll named Scouters' Mountain. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 8.32 square miles (21.55 km2), of which, 8.28 square miles (21.45 km2) is land and 0.04 square miles (0.10 km2) is water. It is a member of the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area, bordering Portland, Clackamas, Damascus, Pleasant Valley, and Sunnyside. Mount Scott, an extinct volcano that is part of the Boring Lava Field, is the highest point in Happy Valley at 1,050 feet (320 m). Scouters Mountain is also a prominent feature. Happy Valley experiences much rain in the Portland metro area, with a recorded annual rainfall average of 48 inches.
