So happy to meet you!
My name is Chris Ann Sepkowski. I am a Board Certified Holistic Nutrition and Wellness Coach specializing in Hormonal Health and the proud founder of Be Well with Chris Ann, Inc.
10 years ago, I suffered a major health scare that changed my life. From that experience, I have educated myself on the healing power of nutrition and overall wellness in our mind, body, and soul. It is all a perfect storm that comes together, one step and decision at a time. My goal is to empower and motivate others to achieve their goals through mindful nutritional choices and lifestyle planning. From shopping to pantry organization, to growing produce at home, planning, preparing, and cooking healthy meals, I can assist you with the right skills and tools. Through mindful meditation and the belief in yourself to be confident and open to receive, you can live the healthy and happy life you desire. It's all within reach!
I am a wife and a mom of six children and three grandchildren. I would love to support and encourage you and your family to be happy, be healthy, be empowered, and be well.

Certified Nutrition Specialist, National Board Certified Health Coach
In 2016 I was diagnosed with autoimmune arthritis. After years of pain, it was good to finally have an answer to what was happening in my body. I was introduced to the Auto Immune Protocol by a friend and I immediately started eliminating problematic foods from my diet. In a week, there was a marked difference. By month 6, I was back to my active self I’d been in high school. My pain levels have been reduced by 85%; I am glad to share what I’ve learned in this journey with you.
Welcome! My name is Haley Halteman. I'm a Master Nutrition Therapist, Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and 200hr RYT with Yoga Alliance. Hi, I'm Jaci Salley, a Holistic Nutritionist and Personal Trainer dedicated to helping you achieve balance through whole, natural foods and exercise. My journey in holistic nutrition and wellness coaching has fueled my passion for empowering others to take charge of their health.
I believe in a holistic approach to well-being, blending proper nutrition with exercise to foster a healthy, balanced lifestyle. My coaching emphasizes the importance of adding beneficial habits while gently replacing less healthy ones, focusing on food, fitness, relationships, careers, and spirituality.
My core philosophy centers around the idea that fresh, local, organic, and GMO-free foods are essential for optimal nutrition and wellness. I aim to educate you on how balancing carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, and minerals can keep your body functioning at its best.
On a personal note, I love exploring farmer’s markets, spending quality time with loved ones, and staying active. I make it a point to incorporate some form of exercise into each day, whether it's beach volleyball, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), strength training, hiking, or cardio. Creating fresh meals with local, organic ingredients is a true joy for me.

Nutritionist, Herbal Coach and Assistant Professor of Nutrition
My name is Megan and I have been in the industry of nutrition, herbal medicine and education for the last ten years. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 20.49 square miles (53.07 km2), of which 20.36 square miles (52.73 km2) is land and 0.13 square miles (0.34 km2) is water.
In 1820, the first settlers arrived from Connecticut to live in part of the Connecticut Western Reserve. The township was named after Lorenzo Solon Bull, who was the son of Isaac Bull, one of the first settlers. Purportedly, the selection of young Lorenzo's middle name was due to its derivation from the "father of democracy", Solon, the famous Athenianlawmaker of Ancient Greece. The early settlers faced challenges common to pioneers, but in Solon, drainage and wetlands issues complicated settlement and agriculture. Overcoming these obstacles, Solon Township became an arable farming area, producing corn and wheat crops and supporting dairyfarms (including five cheese factories). By 1850, the population of Solon Township reached 1,034.
Because of nearby Cleveland's position as a national hub of the railroad industry, rail also contributed greatly to Solon's growth. In 1857, the Cleveland-Youngstown section of the Cleveland and Mahoning Railroad established a line running through Solon. Laid out in a traditional New England plan, Solon, like many of the neighboring townships, established a public square in its town center. In conjunction with townships to the north, a north-south corridor was established through the town centers of Solon, Orange, and Mayfield townships (from south to north, respectively) and, accordingly, was named SOM Center Road (now Ohio 91). Solon Township included the current municipalities of the City of Solon and the villages of Bentleyville and Glenwillow. In 1927, Solon was incorporated as a village and later became a city in 1961, operated under the mayor-council form of government.
Solon was one of the first cities to use a comprehensive zoning plan and has been able to achieve a strong industrial base while insulating its bedroom communities from industrial activities. Further, the city has primarily concentrated its commercial and retail districts in the town center, making them convenient to all residents. In addition to its planned use for corporate and residential areas, Solon has 687 acres (2.78 km2) of city parks and recreational area, 360 acres (1.5 km2) of Cleveland Metroparks (the South Chagrin Reservation), and three golf courses within its borders.
Health and wellness are paramount in Solon, with the city offering various amenities and services to support the well-being of its residents. The Solon Urgent Care stands as a cornerstone in providing comprehensive healthcare services to the community. Explore the parks, facilities, and programs the Solon Parks and Recreation Department offers. These spaces provide opportunities for outdoor activities such as walking, jogging, sports, and picnicking. Join local fitness centers and gyms to participate in exercise programs, fitness classes, and strength training. Some popular options include Mega Barre Solon, Iron-Oak Fitness, and Anytime Fitness. Discover the walking and biking trails in and around Solon, such as the Shadow Lake Loop and Solon Community Park. These trails offer opportunities for outdoor exercise and the enjoyment of nature.
