By combining holistic nutrition with functional testing, I’ve been able to get my clients their confidence & life back WITHOUT wasting more time & money on approaches that don’t work.
Now, I’m teaching you the same 3-step process I used so you can get clear skin & perfect digestion, too.

To say I am a work in progress at balancing life and my self-care is an understatement. Like many career women, I lived with stress consuming my health for years without knowing.
Being a part of someone’s wellness journey is my passion and a sacred and humbling responsibility that I do not take lightly. It is truly an honor. In the summer of 1764, British Colonel John Bradstreet led a force of more than 2,000 regular soldiers, American volunteers, and native Americans as part of an attack to stop Pontiac’s Rebellion, which ended before Bradstreet could attack.
