My professional and personal experiences are vast, although all rooted in healthcare. I am certain they all prepared me to work with you. My career path began as an Echocardiographer. I jumped at the chance to lead highly effective teams in the education, change management, human resources and corporate spaces. During the years I climbed the corporate ladder, I was a student, wife, divorced mother, friend and a advocate for my son that was born with a rare craniofacial syndrome. To say I am a work in progress at balancing life and my self-care is an understatement. Like many career women, I lived with stress consuming my health for years without knowing. Being a part of someone’s wellness journey is my passion and a sacred and humbling responsibility that I do not take lightly. It is truly an honor. Manorhaven is a village in Nassau County, on the North Shore of Long Island, in New York, United States. It is considered part of the Greater Port Washington area, which is anchored by Port Washington. The population was 6,956 at the 2020 census.

The Incorporated Village of Manorhaven is located on the Cow Neck Peninsula, within the Town of North Hempstead. Manorhaven was incorporated in 1930 after news was spread that Port Washington was planning on incorporating itself as a city. The name of the village was selected by locals, who felt that it reflected the feel and nature of the area. In 1982, Manorhaven annexed approximately 20,000 square feet (1,900 m2) from unincorporated Port Washington.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.6 square miles (1.6 km2), of which 0.5 square miles (1.3 km2) is land and 0.2 square miles (0.52 km2), or 25.40%, is water.
