So happy to meet you!
My name is Chris Ann Sepkowski. I am a Board Certified Holistic Nutrition and Wellness Coach specializing in Hormonal Health and the proud founder of Be Well with Chris Ann, Inc.
10 years ago, I suffered a major health scare that changed my life. From that experience, I have educated myself on the healing power of nutrition and overall wellness in our mind, body, and soul. It is all a perfect storm that comes together, one step and decision at a time. My goal is to empower and motivate others to achieve their goals through mindful nutritional choices and lifestyle planning. From shopping to pantry organization, to growing produce at home, planning, preparing, and cooking healthy meals, I can assist you with the right skills and tools. Through mindful meditation and the belief in yourself to be confident and open to receive, you can live the healthy and happy life you desire. It's all within reach!
I am a wife and a mom of six children and three grandchildren. I would love to support and encourage you and your family to be happy, be healthy, be empowered, and be well.

Certified Nutrition Specialist, National Board Certified Health Coach
In 2016 I was diagnosed with autoimmune arthritis. After years of pain, it was good to finally have an answer to what was happening in my body. I was introduced to the Auto Immune Protocol by a friend and I immediately started eliminating problematic foods from my diet. In a week, there was a marked difference. By month 6, I was back to my active self I’d been in high school. My pain levels have been reduced by 85%; I am glad to share what I’ve learned in this journey with you.
Welcome! My name is Haley Halteman. I'm a Master Nutrition Therapist, Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and 200hr RYT with Yoga Alliance. My core philosophy centers around the idea that fresh, local, organic, and GMO-free foods are essential for optimal nutrition and wellness. I aim to educate you on how balancing carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, and minerals can keep your body functioning at its best.
On a personal note, I love exploring farmer’s markets, spending quality time with loved ones, and staying active. I make it a point to incorporate some form of exercise into each day, whether it's beach volleyball, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), strength training, hiking, or cardio. Creating fresh meals with local, organic ingredients is a true joy for me.

Irondequoit, NY
Irondequoit is a town (and census-designated place) in Monroe County, New York, United States. As of 2019, the coterminous town-CDP had a total population of 50,055. Irondequoit is a suburb of Rochester, lying just north and east of the city limits. The name is of Iroquois origin and means "where the land meets the water".
In 1687 Marquis de Denonville led an army of French soldiers and Huron warriors on a punitive expedition against the Iroquois through Irondequoit Bay, beginning the long enmity between the Iroquois and the French.
During the last part of the 19th century, the north edge of the town was developed as a tourist and vacation area for the City of Rochester residents, and was once known as the "Coney Island of Western New York."
After World War II, Irondequoit experienced significant population growth, with returning veterans looking for housing. Irondequoit became the first suburb in Monroe County to see substantial migration of residents from the City of Rochester, with the population growing from 23,376 in 1940 to 55,337 in 1960, a remarkable 136% increase. Irondequoit remained the most-populated suburb in Monroe County until the 1970s when it was surpassed by the Town of Greece, a community with three times the land area of Irondequoit.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 16.8 sq mi (44 km2), of which 15.2 sq mi (39 km2) is land and 1.6 sq mi (4.1 km2) (9.69%) is water.
The town lies between the Genesee River on the west and Irondequoit Bay on the east. The north border of the town is defined by the shoreline of Lake Ontario. Because it is bounded by water on three sides, it is considered a geographical headland. Irondequoit is bordered by the city of Rochester to the west and south, the town of Brighton southeast, and the towns of Webster and Penfield to the east.
An unusual boundary exists between the Town of Irondequoit and the adjacent City of Rochester. On the western border of Irondequoit, the city claims a thin strip that extends northward along the banks of the river from Seneca Park to Lake Ontario, at some points less than 50 yards (46 m) from the shore. The result is that the City of Rochester claims the entire eastern shore of the Genesee, and the border of the Town of Irondequoit never reaches the river.
Health and wellness are integral to Irondequoit's community spirit. The town prioritizes the well-being of its residents through various healthcare services and recreational activities. Residents can access Rochester General Hospital, a leading healthcare facility that ensures comprehensive medical services. Durand Eastman Golf Course offers golf enthusiasts an 18-hole course surrounded by scenic landscapes and challenging terrain, providing an enjoyable experience for players of all skill levels. Parks like Irondequoit Bay Marine Park and Durand Eastman Park provide picturesque settings for hiking, picnicking, and enjoying the beauty of Lake Ontario. Planet Fitness provides a well-equipped gym with personal training and group fitness classes for all levels. Elements Massage offers a tranquil retreat with personalized massage services aimed at relieving stress and promoting relaxation. Anytime Fitness gives members 24/7 access to state-of-the-art equipment and customized workout plans.
