As I discovered more of myself, I unlocked long-forgotten gifts and today works as an intuitive energy healer, which shapes my work as a functional medicine practitioner and clinical herbalist. I am passionate about embodying a standard of excellence for my health and pass that empowerment and knowledge along to others, while helping them correct energetic, hormone, and chronic imbalances.

My professional and personal experiences are vast, although all rooted in healthcare. I am certain they all prepared me to work with you. My career path began as an Echocardiographer. I jumped at the chance to lead highly effective teams in the education, change management, human resources and corporate spaces. During the years I climbed the corporate ladder, I was a student, wife, divorced mother, friend and a advocate for my son that was born with a rare craniofacial syndrome. To say I am a work in progress at balancing life and my self-care is an understatement. Like many career women, I lived with stress consuming my health for years without knowing.
Being a part of someone’s wellness journey is my passion and a sacred and humbling responsibility that I do not take lightly. It is truly an honor. In 1653, three men from Oyster Bay, Richard Holbrook, Robert Williams, and Daniel Whitehead, purchased a parcel of land from the Matinecock tribe.
