If you're tired of yelling at your child and feeling guilty about it afterward, you're in the right place.
I'm Rima, Certified Parent Coach (Jai Institute for Parenting), M.S. Physical Therapist, B.A. Psychology, and Certified Infant Massage Instructor (IAIM UK). And I'm a mom who has raised kids across multiple countries and knows firsthand how hard it is to parent without your village around you.
I chose this work because I've lived the overwhelm, the guilt, and the longing to do better. And I found a way through it. Now I help other moms do the same.
I work with moms raising toddlers to teens who are exhausted by the daily battles and ready to feel calm, confident, and genuinely connected to their kids again. Through my 6-step PAUSE method, rooted in conscious parenting, I help you shift from surviving the daily struggles to actually enjoying your kids, without losing yourself in the process.
I work virtually with families across the US, Europe, and beyond. Book a Free Calm Parenting Discovery Call at preciousparenting.com or go straight to my calendar: https://calendly.com/preciousparenting/discovery-call
A thriving mom changes everything. When she transforms, her whole family flourishes. That's what I'm here for.
Hi there! I'm Ronda Bonfanti and my coaching journey stemmed from my struggle with food and negative body image. In search of peace, I discovered Intuitive Eating and ended my lifelong battle with chronic dieting. Learning to value myself beyond a number on a scale set me on a path of discovery to seek greater understanding of what causes people to embrace different mindsets, pursue unhealthy versus healthy behaviors, and create happy, loving relationships.During my work as a coach, I find that many people have identified the thing in life that is stopping them from living their best life and they seek out help to get past that thing. For example, people want to quit smoking, they want to have a better relationship with food, they want to get out of an unhealthy relationship or quit a substance they have been abusing. In my work, I have loved helping people work through their “thing.” But what I’ve found over and over is that the thing is a byproduct of something much greater. It is unresolved hurt from a loss that drives us towards the thing that has become our vice and coping mechanism. When we work together to identify your unresolved grief, then we can solve the manifestations of that hurt as well. Much like the core muscles of the body stabilizing you for every movement you take physically, having a strong emotional core keeps you steady as you move through every stage of life. As a society, we recognize the need to strengthen our muscles. Yet we never stop to think about deliberately strengthening and centering our emotional core so that we can not only overcome things from our past, but also stay prepared to handle what life brings our way. My coaching is built on evidence-based practices which research shows will improve your well-being. Partnering with me as your coach offers recovery from past emotional losses, increased wellness habits, a non-diet approach to nutrition through Intuitive and Mindful Eating, reduced stress by incorporating mindfulness meditation, healthier relationships, and SMART goal setting to support life changes.

Rolling Meadows, IL
Rolling Meadows is a city in Cook County, Illinois, United States. Per the 2020 census, the population was 24,200. Rolling Meadows is located 24 miles (39 km) northwest of the Chicago Loop. According to the 2021 census gazetteer files, Rolling Meadows has a total area of 5.62 square miles (14.56 km2), of which 5.62 square miles (14.56 km2) (or 99.89%) is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 km2) (or 0.11%) is water.
In 1836, Orrin Ford became the first landowner in the area that is now Rolling Meadows, staking his claim of 160 acres (0.65 km2) in an area known as Plum Grove. Other farm families followed, many traveling from Vermont. By the early 1840s, settlers had built a dam across Salt Creek and had laid claim to the entire Plum Grove area.
The community became part of the newly formed Palatine Township in 1850 as German immigrants arrived. In 1862, the Salem Evangelical Church was built, and the church's 40-foot-square (12 m) cemetery still exists at the corner of Kirchoff and Plum Grove roads.
In 1927, H.D. "Curly" Brown bought 1,000 acres (4 km2) of land in the area with the intention of building a golf course, along with land adjacent to it for a racetrack. In the early 1950s, Kimball Hill purchased the land intended for the golf course, and began home sales by advertising a floor plan of his basic house in the Chicago Tribune. Although the response was positive, officials in neighboring Arlington Heights protested, hoping to buy the land themselves for estate homes. However, prospective buyers of the Kimball Hill homes persuaded the Cook County Board for zoning changes to allow Hill to proceed.
In 1953, the first families moved into the development, which Hill named Rolling Meadows, and 700 houses were sold by 1955, mostly to blue-collar workers. Hill donated $200 per home for a school system, and then built and equipped the first elementary school. He also founded the Rolling Meadows Homeowners' Association and donated land for parks, as well as funded the Clearbrook Center, which is a home for individuals with cognitive disabilities that opened in 1955.
As of the 2020 census there were 24,200 people, 8,491 households, and 6,013 families residing in the city. The population density was 4,304.52 inhabitants per square mile (1,661.98/km2). There were 9,780 housing units at an average density of 1,739.59 per square mile (671.66/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 59.48% White, 2.80% African American, 1.28% Native American, 13.07% Asian, 0.07% Pacific Islander, 12.69% from other races, and 10.61% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 25.26% of the population.
