Fairview Shores is a census-designated place and an unincorporated area in Orange County, Florida, United States. The population was 10,239 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Orlando–Kissimmee–Sanford, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area.
Fairview Shores is located at 28°35′55″N 81°23′27″W (28.598727, -81.390785).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 3.6 square miles (9.3 km2), of which 3.1 square miles (7.9 km2) is land and 0.54 square miles (1.4 km2) (15.18%) is water.
The age distribution was 23.1% under the age of 18, 7.8% from 18 to 24, 34.3% from 25 to 44, 20.8% from 45 to 64, and 14.0% 65 or older. The median age was 36 years. For every 100 females, there were 97.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 93.4 males.
The median household income was $35,399 and the median family income was $41,570. Males had a median income of $31,203 versus $26,221 for females. The per capita income for the CDP was $19,918.
