CharlestonSC  29412 I'm Stephanie Dasher, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in South Carolina and a National Certified Counselor, certified in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy and practicing under the supervision of Dr. Maia Gill, PhD. I'm also a registered yoga teacher. Before private practice I led wellbeing programming for veterans and their families at a non-profit in South Carolina. A lot of how I work now came out of that. My work is somatic and trauma-informed. I believe many of our behaviors are based on everything we live through, and out of that we build survival strategies to get our needs met. They were effective at the time, but now they may not be serving you. Rather than only talking about your patterns, we pay attention to what your body is doing as we talk and treat it as information to help create a mind-body connection. I offer counseling services for people located in South Carolina. Coaching is also available through Gnosis wellness Collective as a separate and non-clinical services built on the ADAPT™ framework, for people navigating burnout, transition, or a sense of misalignment. I also teach yoga, breathwork, and somatic movement. I work with adults veterans and first responders dealing with anxiety, trauma, depression, and chronic stress. Sessions are available in person in Charleston, outdoors as walk-and-talk, or online. English
