Professional Statement
I believe emotional and relational wellness rarely fits neatly into one box.
For nearly two decades, I have supported children, women, couples and families through trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm and major life transitions. My approach looks beyond symptoms to understand the patterns underneath them... emotionally, relationally, physically and spiritually.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, trauma therapist, Integrative Mental Health Practitioner, art therapist and mind-body practitioner. My work may incorporate nervous system education, somatic approaches, EFT tapping, emotional processing, art-based techniques, relationship and communication work, aromatherapy, belief work and other integrative wellness tools when appropriate.
I especially enjoy working with women who are carrying a lot... in their families, marriages, businesses and everyday lives. Many of the women I support are strong, capable and faith-centered, yet privately feel anxious, disconnected, emotionally exhausted or unsure of what needs to change.
My goal is not to give every person the same protocol. It is to help you better understand what your mind, body, emotions and relationships may be communicating, then identify practical tools and next steps that fit you.
I offer licensed counseling where appropriate, along with separate coaching, education and integrative wellness services. The specific scope of each service is clearly identified so you know what type of support you are receiving.
