Transformational mentoring is a sacred journey that gives you permission to turn within and ask big questions. Our work together is not merely about relieving pain and feeling good, but about helping you return to your truth and supporting you to embody it and express it fully with confidence. Though I offer four mentoring themes (Spiritual Mentoring, Soul Work Mentoring, Life Transitions Mentoring and Business Mentoring), our work together is customized to fit your personality, circumstances, needs, level of commitment and so forth. The end game here is about you being you, you doing who you are and you expressing yourself exactly as you are—nothing more, nothing less.

Q: What if I'm unsure which mentoring program is right for me?
A: I offer four different themes with my mentoring programs: spiritual, soul work, life transitions and business. If you prefer to work in a more general way, we can customize to your current needs. If you want to shift to a more specific focus, that will happen naturally during our work together.

Q: Can I just sign up for one mentoring session or do I need to sign up for a monthly plan?
A: Signing up for just one session is fine, if that’s all you need. You can gain lots of clarity and insight with just one session. A monthly plan is good for those that want consistent guidance, support, tools and resources over time.

Q: What is the biggest benefit of mentoring?
A: The biggest benefit is not having to handle what is happening in your life alone. Just having someone to listen to you can significantly increase your awareness of what’s happening inside of you. It can provide you with clarity and validation, which, in and of itself can bring great relief.

Q: What if I don't want to meet on Zoom. Do you have other options?
