Service Description
Parent-supported, non-clinical coaching and education for children and adolescents who need help developing healthier routines, preparing for healthcare appointments and communicating their needs. We help families identify practical barriers, establish realistic goals and strengthen consistency at home. Autism-related wellness coaching is available for children ages 8–12 and focuses on routines, communication, healthcare preparation and family support. This service does not provide diagnosis, psychotherapy, ABA therapy or medical treatment.

Service Requirements
Before the appointment:
• A parent or legal guardian must complete the intake form and consent documents.
• The parent or guardian must identify the primary concern and one or two goals for the session.
• Please share relevant routines, healthcare recommendations, school concerns or family challenges that may help us understand the child’s needs.
• A parent or guardian must participate in the initial appointment.
• For virtual appointments, the parent or guardian must remain available and the child must join from a quiet, private location.
• Please inform us of any communication, sensory, developmental or accessibility needs before the appointment.
This is a non-clinical coaching and educational service. It does not replace pediatric, psychological, psychiatric, ABA, occupational therapy, speech therapy or emergency care.

Q: What ages do you support?
A: We provide parent-supported wellness education for children and adolescents. Autism-related wellness coaching is designed specifically for children ages 8–12.
Q: Does my child need a diagnosis?
A: No diagnosis is required. We focus on routines, health behaviors, communication, preparation and practical family support.
Q: Do you provide autism therapy or ABA?
A: No. We do not provide ABA, psychotherapy, diagnostic testing or autism treatment. We provide non-clinical coaching and education that supports routines, communication, healthcare preparation and family wellness.
Q: Must a parent or guardian attend?
A: Yes. A parent or legal guardian must attend the initial appointment and may be required to participate in subsequent sessions.
Q: What concerns can we discuss?
A: Daily routines, sleep schedules, appointment preparation, communicating health needs, adjusting to health changes, motivation and family consistency.
Q: Are appointments available online and in person?
A: Yes. Virtual and appointment-only in-person services are available. A responsible adult must remain available during virtual appointments involving a minor.
