Bellevue is part of the Green Bay metropolitan area. Bellevue sits around 4.34 miles (6.99 km) east of central Green Bay. Bellevue was named for the French words meaning "beautiful view".

The racial makeup of the village was 80.6% White, 1.2% African American, 1.1% Native American, 4.9% Asian, 5.6% from other races, and 6.6% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 10.9% of the population.

As of the 2010 census, there were 14,570 people, 5,876 households, and 3,883 families living in the village. The population density was 1,016.0 inhabitants per square mile (392.3/km²). There were 6,314 housing units at an average density of 440.3 per square mile (170.0/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 87.5% White, 1.0% African American, 0.9% Native American, 3.9% Asian, 4.9% from other races, and 1.9% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 9.3% of the population.

The median age in the village was 36.3 years. 25.8% of residents were under the age of 18; 8.3% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 27.5% were from 25 to 44; 27.4% were from 45 to 64; and 10.9% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the village was 48.7% male and 51.3% female.
