It is drained by the Delaware River via the Neshaminy Creek. Its villages include Christy (also in Montgomery County,) Fountainville, Line Lexington (also in Hilltown Township and Montgomery County,) Naces Corner, New Galena, and Newville.[4]Brittany Farms-The Highlands CDP is also located in the township.
