Biblical Counseling
Growth isn’t one-size-fits-all. Our post-intake counseling is structured into modular, 4-week topical tracks. This allows us to take a highly focused, scriptural approach to specific areas of life without the pressure of a long-term, open-ended commitment. You choose the topic, and we map out the 4-week roadmap to get you there. After completing your initial 4-week Foundations Intake, you can choose your next step from my specialized, targeted tracks: • Workplace & Business (Called to Kingdom Work) • Biblical Marriage (One Flesh) • Wife Development (The Heart of Her Husband) • Women's Identity & Healing (Redeemed & Restored) • Deepening Biblical Literacy (Rooted in the Word) • Health & Fitness (Grace & Strength Physical Stewardship) • Ask about our Rooted and Refined topics that relate to your specific needs! To ensure you receive a comprehensive, truth-centered approach to healing, my practice is grounded in a unique multidisciplinary background from Liberty University. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Counseling, Business, and Healthcare, and am currently completing my advanced Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling (Expected 2027). I am certified in Practical Leadership Studies through CFCI International Bible College This extensive foundation allows me to expertly guide you across all areas of life—whether we are aligning your heart in our relationship tracks, addressing professional stewardship in our workplace tracks, or honoring the physical body in our health and fitness tracks. Please Note: This service is strictly faith-based biblical counseling and discipleship. I do not hold a state mental health license and do not provide clinical therapy, medical diagnoses, or insurance billing.

Dallas, OR

Dallas is a city and the county seat of Polk County, Oregon, United States. The population was 16,854 at the 2020 census. Dallas is along Rickreall Creek, about 15 miles (24 km) west of Salem, at an elevation of 325 feet (99 m) above sea level. It is part of the Salem Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Pioneers in the 1840s started the settlement that became known as Dallas on the north side of Rickreall Creek. It was originally named "Cynthian" or "Cynthiana" A 1947 Itemizer-Observer article states: "[T]he town was called Cynthiana after Cynthiana, Ky., so named by Mrs. Thos. Lovelady." According to the County Historical Society in 1987, Mrs. Thomas J. Lovelady named the new settlement after her hometown of Cynthiana, Kentucky.

Another source claims that Cynthia Ann, wife of early pioneer Jesse Applegate, named the settlement. But they lived in the Salt Creek area of northern Polk County and, according to the 1850 Federal Census, she was not living in Polk County then. Dallas post office was established in 1852. In 1856, the town was moved more than a mile south because of an inadequate supply of water. Dallas post office was established in 1852. In 1856, the town was moved more than a mile south because of an inadequate supply of water.

Cynthia competed with Independence to be selected as the county seat. Its residents raised $17,000 to have a branch of the narrow gauge railroad constructed in their town, which secured them the honor and related economic stimulus. The line was built from 1878–80. Town leaders believed a more sturdy-sounding name was needed for a county seat. Since George Mifflin Dallas was vice-president under James K. Polk, for whom the county was named, they named it "Dallas". Dallas was incorporated as a town in 1874 and as a city in 1901.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 4.81 square miles (12.46 km2), all of it land.
