Hey beautiful! It’s so wonderful you’ve dropped by.
Once upon a time, I was a boss babe like you on the run. I wasn’t taking care of myself and my skin was suffering. I wanted to look as confident as I felt but I tended to hide under makeup, self conscious. It wasn’t until I learned the secrets to healthy, glowing skin that I didn’t have to hide anymore!
Everyone wants glowing skin yet not everyone knows it’s possible. I’m completely obsessed with helping women realize their glowing potential and coaching them through their skincare journey!
You've built a life that looks impressive from the outside. But somewhere between the calendar, the obligations, and the noise — you lost the thread back to yourself.
I'm Sophia, a wellness coach and E-RYT 500 registered yoga instructor. I work with executives, athletes, and entrepreneurs who are done running on empty and ready to operate from clarity instead of pressure.
My approach centers on one idea: there's a story quietly running your life — about what you have to do, who you have to be, what's possible for you. Together, we find that story, rewrite it, and anchor the new one in your body through yoga, breathwork, and somatic practice. Not just insight — embodied change.
Every program blends:
Narrative coaching — identifying the belief that's been blocking you and building the new story you'll actually live
Mindfulness & MBSR-informed practices — for focus, nervous system regulation, and stress reduction
Yoga themed to your goals — strong vinyasa to embody where you're going, yin and restorative to release what no longer belongs
Somatic awareness and imagery work — so the shift holds when life gets loud again
You don't need to do more. You need to feel like yourself again. That's where we start.
I'm also a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (Hawaii MFT License #184 and E-RYT 500 registered yoga instructor. Services offered through this profile are coaching and wellness programs — not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment.

I am a lover, biggest hugger you’ll ever hug, and a true Pisces at heart. Optimism is in my blood and I'm going to honor your wholeness and your strength. We will have fun, cuss a little but laugh a lot.
It's my life purpose to guide amazing women, just like you, to step into your unique power by shedding the shame and claiming your personal legacy so you can live the life that you deserve. The area of Tualatin Valley that became Beaverton was originally the home of a Native American tribe known as the Atfalati, which settlers mispronounced as Tualatin. The Atfalati population dwindled in the latter part of the 18th century, and the prosperous tribe was no longer dominant in the area by the 19th century when settlers arrived. The tribe named their village Chakeipi, which translates to "place of the beaver", which early settlers referred to as "Beaverdam."
Early settlers include the Hall Family from Kentucky, the Denneys who lived on their claim near present-day Scholls Ferry Road and Hall Blvd, and Orin S. Allen, from western New York. Lawrence Hall purchased 640 acres (2.6 km2) in Beaverdam in 1847 and built a grist mill with his brother near present-day Walker Road. His was the first land claim in the area. He was soon followed by Thomas Denney in 1848, who came to the area and built its first sawmill. In 1860, a toll plank road from Portland to Beaverton was completed over a trail called Canyon Road.
