Holli Cavalluzzi is a yoga instructor passionate about wellness and dedicated to the craft of writing.
Her academic journey includes earning a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies from UNC-Wilmington in 2017 and obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Appalachian State. Holli's commitment to the art of yoga is showcased through her certification as a 500-hour teacher by Yoga Alliance (Hatha), and her extended experience in various yoga styles, including Vinyasa, and body-mind centering.

I studied yoga, ayurveda and yoga therapy for four years with yogacharya Jadranko Miklec at the "Sunce Institute of Yoga and Ayurveda" (RYT800). ITEC alumni – under the auspices of the Embassy of India and the Ministry of AYUSH, I studied yoga at S-VYASA Yoga University in Bangalore, India (RYT300). I graduated from the yoga school at the Gaia Center in Zagreb, Croatia (RYT200).
As a graduate Indologist since 2004, I travel to India almost every year to learn more about yoga at its source. I spent ten winters in India with my 16-year-old daughter, staying in various ashrams and exploring various styles of yoga.

My name is Megan and I have been in the industry of nutrition, herbal medicine and education for the last ten years. I have my Masters of Medical Science in Human Nutrition and I have worked with a variety of clients. I incorporate herbal medicine in my practice and have a small apothecary in my home. In addition, I currently teach for the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver, Colorado and have also worked as an assistant professor of nutrition, anatomy and physiology for the past three years. I think educating individuals on the why and what is taking place in their bodies on a physiological level is necessary for effective change to begin. Wadsworth, OH
Wadsworth is a city in Medina County, Ohio, United States. Founded on March 1, 1814, the city was named after General Elijah Wadsworth, a Revolutionary War hero and War of 1812 officer who owned the largest share of the lands that became Medina County. A suburb of Akron, the population was 24,007 at the 2020 census.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 10.62 square miles (27.51 km2), all land. It is located just a few miles south of the Saint Lawrence River Divide. Wadsworth is located approximately 11.6 miles (18.7 km) southwest of Akron and 32.8 miles (52.8 km) south of Cleveland. A post office called Wadsworth has been in operation since 1823.
The Wadsworth City School District is the single largest employer in the city. The district has benefited from the support of the community, which passed six of the last seven levies put before the voters. In addition, the district voters supported the recent Medina County Sales Tax (the first in Ohio), at a rate of 74% for the levy. According to school district Treasurer Doug Beeman, revenues for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2007, exceeded expenditures as the school system continues to manage the resources provided by the community. Wadsworth High School and Wadsworth Middle School are members of the Ohio High School Athletic Association. The high school and middle school mascot is the grizzly bear.

The Blue Tip Festival is a five-day celebration of the Wadsworth community. It starts with a parade and the lighting of a 20-foot-high blue-tip match, which lights downtown Wadsworth during the festival's duration. The festival offers amusement rides, festival foods, midway games, contests, a local merchant's tent, and other entertainment. Additional events, such as the Wadsworth Running Club's "Matchstick 4 Mile" foot race and the "Blue Tip Idol" singing contest, challenge area athletes and performers.
