Certified Nutrition Specialist, National Board Certified Health Coach
In 2016 I was diagnosed with autoimmune arthritis. After years of pain, it was good to finally have an answer to what was happening in my body. I was introduced to the Auto Immune Protocol by a friend and I immediately started eliminating problematic foods from my diet. In a week, there was a marked difference. By month 6, I was back to my active self I’d been in high school. My pain levels have been reduced by 85%; I am glad to share what I’ve learned in this journey with you.
Let's get to the root cause of your health issues for good.
Here's my approach: we utilize customized holistic nutrition, cutting-edge lab testing and high-quality supplements to balance your body from within. Your body has the capacity to heal: let's get you there.
Functional lab testing is key to understanding your body's needs, and I believe testing is the secret sauce to get my clients long-lasting results.
Say goodbye to digestive issues, irregular bowel movements, skin inflammation and obsessing about your diet!
My specialties include:
✔ Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
✔ Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO)
✔ Poor Digestion, Bloating, Heartburn
✔ Stool Testing
✔ Food Sensitivities & Testing
✔ Acne
✔ Female & Male Hormone Balancing
✔ Plant-Based, Paleo, Ancestral Diets
✔ Candida Overgrowth
✔ Eco-Conscious Diets
As a Nutrition Therapist Master, I’ve spent the last 3 years helping dozens of health-conscious women heal their stubborn adult acne and get rid of embarrassing digestive issues for good.
During this time, I’ve also managed to keep my own skin completely clear and support consistently smooth digestion by implementing my 3-step approach.
By combining holistic nutrition with functional testing, I’ve been able to get my clients their confidence & life back WITHOUT wasting more time & money on approaches that don’t work.
Now, I’m teaching you the same 3-step process I used so you can get clear skin & perfect digestion, too.

Hi! I am truly excited for the opportunity to meet with you, get to know you and build a trust-filled relationship in a space where you can feel heard and supported. Optimal health and wellness is defined by you! I believe you can achieve balance through many pathways - it is your journey.
Health coaches are behavior change experts that help you create sustainable changes in the way you think, your daily habits and your lifestyle choices. As you can imagine, your journey is unique!
My commitment to you is to support you, listen and help you identify achievable goals that you can integrate into your lifestyle. I can also help you develop problem solving skills and learn how to navigate our unhealthy world.
I genuinely believe that it is important to help clients identify the cause/s that are contributing to you feeling as though you are not well, and focus on those root causes not simply label them.
My professional and personal experiences are vast, although all rooted in healthcare. I am certain they all prepared me to work with you. My career path began as an Echocardiographer. I jumped at the chance to lead highly effective teams in the education, change management, human resources and corporate spaces. During the years I climbed the corporate ladder, I was a student, wife, divorced mother, friend and a advocate for my son that was born with a rare craniofacial syndrome. To say I am a work in progress at balancing life and my self-care is an understatement. Like many career women, I lived with stress consuming my health for years without knowing.
Being a part of someone’s wellness journey is my passion and a sacred and humbling responsibility that I do not take lightly. It is truly an honor. I believe we all deserve a life of vitality and energy and we have the potential to create it for ourselves. Sometimes we need a little help from a coach.
If you experience any issues booking a session or have questions, my email is wellnesscoaching.heather@gmail.com. I don't love social media, however, happy to connect with you on IG at https://www.instagram.com/bloom.healthcoach/

Welcome to my page.
For over 20 years I’ve served thousands as a Coaching Professional focusing on life issues, emotional energy management, and real estate sales performance. My mission has been to help my clients achieve their personal and professional goals. During the span of those 20 years, I became aware of the changes taking place in my body, but like most people in their 50’s, 60’s and 70’s I chalked it up to the inevitable issues of the aging process. I was suffering from hypertension, borderline high cholesterol, gout, and random pain throughout my body that I later learned was due to inflammation. For every issue, I was given another prescription. Through education and a conscious and determined change in nutrition, exercise, and mindset I am elated to report that as of my 77th birthday I have been able to significantly adjust and even eliminate several of my prescriptions and never felt more energized.
Recently, I’ve added a critical addition to my coaching practice, that of a certified health and wellness coach. The essence of my work is to educate and facilitate self-growth and wellness by helping my clients identify the core challenges and setbacks in their life so that they can overcome them with confidence.
Today I partner with the Luminary Wellness Group offering DNA and Epigenetic Body scans and report interpretation for clients seeking to explore the roots of various health issues.
My clients are inspired individuals endeavoring to attain healthy thriving lives and well-being, free of preventable disease, disability, injury, and premature death, those whose goal is to promote healthy development, healthy behaviors, and well-being across life stages.

Chamblee, GA
Chamblee is a city in northern DeKalb County, Georgia, United States, northeast of Atlanta. The population was 30,164 as of the 2020 census.
The area that would later become Chamblee was originally dairy farms. During the late nineteenth century, an intersection of two railroads was constructed in Chamblee; one carried passengers from Atlanta to Charlotte, North Carolina, while the other ferried workers and goods back and forth from a factory in Roswell to Atlanta. A settlement known as Roswell Junction emerged at the intersection, and the United States Postal Service decided to establish a post office there. However, feeling the name of the settlement was too similar to nearby Roswell, they randomly selected Chamblee from a list of petitioners for the new post office name. Chamblee was incorporated in 1907.
During World War I and World War II, Chamblee served as the site of U.S. military operations. During World War I, the U.S. operated Camp Gordon, home to 40,000 servicemen. This influx of new people created a building boom in the town. Camp Gordon was closed after the war and then re-opened as the Navy Flight Training Center at the advent of World War II.
Immediately after World War II, Chamblee experienced growth in the blue-collar industry and residents due to its proximity to the newly opened General Motors plant in neighboring Doraville. Manufacturing plants are also located along the newly constructed Peachtree Industrial Boulevard. By the 1980s, much of the city's industrial base had downsized or eroded; in its place sprang up multi-ethnic businesses that catered to the immigrants and refugees moving to Chamblee and Doraville en masse due to the cities' affordable housing. By the time of the 1996 Summer Olympics, Chamblee had emerged as a multi-cultural city inhabited by a large immigrant community.
During the first decade of the 2000s, the city grew as it refined its image, constructing a new city hall in 2002. In 2010, Chamblee annexed an area directly to the northwest that includes Huntley Hills and a resident population of approximately 5,000. It also renamed Peachtree Industrial Boulevard to Peachtree Boulevard and took steps to revitalize its downtown. In 2012 the city had an annexation proposal that was voted down by a small margin. In November 2013 the city had another annexation proposal that was passed by voters. Following the annexation, the city and neighboring Brookhaven had a dispute in 2014 over which city would annex the Century Center development. The courts gave Century Center to Chamblee.
According to 2020 Census data, Chamblee effectively tripled its population since 2010. It started the decade with roughly 9,800 residents and ended it with more than 30,000, mostly due to two annexations. The only city to gain more residents at that time was Atlanta, and only two Georgia cities — Morgan and Pendergrass — grew at faster rates in the 2010s. City leaders have credited Chamblee's location as a transportation hub, with proximity to two interstates, a MARTA station and the DeKalb–Peachtree Airport, as a key reason for the city's growth. In the early 2020s Chamblee attracted multiple mixed-use developments and office projects.
The city places a strong emphasis on health and wellness for its residents. The city's commitment to a healthy lifestyle is further exemplified by its partnership with the DeKalb County Board of Health and Piedmont Chamblee, offering community wellness programs and resources. For those seeking healthcare services, Emory Saint Joseph's Hospital, located nearby, provides quality medical care to Chamblee residents. For yoga enthusiasts, Element Yoga provides a serene environment to practice and unwind. Those seeking strength and fitness training can visit Elite Edge Training Center or Valitus Strength and Fitness, both renowned for their comprehensive fitness programs. For a mix of outdoor and community activities, Dresden Park offers sports fields and a vibrant community center, while the Chamblee Rail Trail provides a scenic pathway perfect for a leisurely walk or jog.
Population: 30,000 (2021). Elevation: 1,070 feet. Area: 7.70 sq mi (19.94 km2). ZIP Code: 30341. Area code(s): 770, 678, 470.
