Women’s mental health is shaped by unique emotional, relational, biological, and life. My Women’s Mental Health & Emotional Wellness services provide a supportive and confidential space where women can explore challenges, strengthen emotional well-being, and reconnect with themselves.
Therapy may support women experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, trauma, grief, major life transitions, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, parenting stress, or emotional changes related to perimenopause and menopause.
Sessions are individualized to each woman’s needs and may focus on developing healthier coping skills, setting boundaries, improving relationships, building confidence, understanding emotional patterns, and creating greater balance in everyday life.
Whether you are navigating a difficult season, feeling overwhelmed by the expectations placed on you, or simply wanting to prioritize your emotional health and personal growth, therapy can provide a space where your experiences, needs, and goals matter.
You spend so much time caring for everything and everyone around you. Your emotional wellness deserves attention, too.
Service Requirements
Prior to initial session, you will receive several inventories specifically for women to be filled out which will give an indication of what you may want to look at more closely.
