A focused virtual recheck for established adult patients after a recent urgent-care or sick visit with Stahl Primary Care.

Review how your symptoms have changed, discuss your response to the recommended treatment and determine whether additional evaluation is needed. This appointment is for follow-up of the same recent illness; select the initial urgent-care service for a new or unrelated concern.

Patients must be physically located in New York during the visit. Telehealth cannot address every condition; an in-person examination or testing may be recommended.

Self-pay follow-up: $100. Medication, laboratory testing and other outside services are separate.
