The PAUSE Coaching Plan is a 6-week private coaching program that gets to the root of why you keep losing your cool, and gives you a simple, proven method to stop the cycle for good.

Each week we go one layer deeper:

We start by uncovering the real stress loop driving your reactions. One insight here changes everything. Then you'll learn exactly how to interrupt a trigger before it explodes, even mid-meltdown. We give your emotions language so they stop running the show, decode what your child's behavior is really communicating, rebuild trust and cooperation through connection, and finally, you step into a calm, confident parenting identity that lasts long after the program ends.

This is not a parenting course. It's personalized, private coaching built around your family, your kids, and your life as it is right now.

Each session is accompanied by an optional workbook for deeper independent learning and reflection between sessions - so the shifts keep happening even when we're not on a call.

FAQs

Q: How does the program work?
A: We meet once a week for 6 private virtual sessions of 75 minutes each. Sessions are held via Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp - whichever works best for you. An optional workbook is also available if you'd like additional reflection and practice between our calls.


Q: How quickly will I see results?
A: Most moms notice a shift within the first two sessions - less reactivity, more awareness, and a sense that something is actually changing. The full transformation deepens over the 6 weeks.


Q: Is this therapy?
A: No. This is coaching, not therapy. We focus on practical tools, mindset shifts, and building new habits - not diagnosing or treating mental health conditions.


Q: What if I miss a session?
A: Life happens, especially with kids. Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice.


Q: Do you work with dads too?
A: My practice is focused on moms, but if a dad is motivated and ready to do the work, I'm open to a conversation.
