Breast Cancer survivor status required, completed consultation and intake forms, medical history and relevant surgical/reconstruction information, Healed surgical area before the procedure, client must disclose current medications, allergies, and relevant health conditions, written informed consent required, skin area assessment before proceeding, aftercare instructions must be reviewed and acknowledged, follow-up appointment recommended, procedure is not performed over open, irritated, infected, or unhealed skin, emergency or medical concerns must be referred to an appropriate healthcare provider
