Q: What are my options for working with you?
A: If you live in Maine, you can book clinical sleep care with me. Services are available in-person at our Lewiston office or online statewide. If you live outside of Maine or you are on Medicare, you can book CPAP coaching.Coaching provides more informal support and education, whereas clinic provides diagnosis, treatment, and medical advice related to sleep disorders and sleep health.


Q: Do you take insurance?
A: Due to licensing and regulatory requirements, we are able to offer our clinic care services to people located in Maine who are not on Medicare. No. Hello Sleep Health is a cash‑pay practice.This means faster access, no referrals, and no waiting months for a sleep clinic appointment. We work with diagnostics and DME vendors who can bill insurance when a patient wants to leverage their insurance coverage. All clinic patients and coaching client receive a superbill upon successful payment.


Q: I need a Maine BMV form completed. Is this something you can help with?
A: Yes. We are able to complete Maine BMV forms for established clinic patients. Requires a clinic visit within the last year, updated ESS, CPAP download data. Q: What's your pricing for clinic?
A: We offer 2 pricing options. Per visit: Initial consultation, $225; follow up appointments, $150Membership for clinic patients starting or re‑starting sleep apnea treatment. $135/month — 3‑month minimum. Memberships Includes all visits, ongoing clinical support, download review and optimization.


Q: Do I "have" to do CPAP?
A: While we specialize in CPAP management, we realize it's not for everyone.That's why we now offer management for iNAP and eXcite OSA for appropriate candidates. Q: What conditions do you treat?
