Q: What’s the difference between clinical care and coaching?
A: Clinical care (available in Maine only) includes diagnosis and treatment of sleep apnea with ongoing medical support. Coaching focuses on CPAP troubleshooting, SleepHQ interpretation, mask issues, and personalized guidance. Note: Coaching is not medical care or advice, but it can help you understand what questions to ask your healthcare team.
Q: What happens in a coaching session?
A: CPAP download data & pulse oximetry review & explanation. Mask & pressure troubleshooting. Review of pertinent available labs and sleep testing. Discussion of CPAP alternatives, as applicable.

Q: If I decide to become a coaching client, how much does it cost?
