Reiki Package (4 sessions)

Four reiki sessions to help your body remember what calm feels like.

I'm a nurse who also practices reiki. Sometimes we all need good, loving energy from someone else to rejuvenate us. I know I do.

Each session is distance and lasts about 60 minutes. We'll meet four times over one month, so each session builds on the one before.

Reiki is a complementary practice. It doesn't replace medical or mental health care.
