Receive a personalized yoga session from Alexis that will help you target areas of tension, reach fitness goals and cater to any physical boundaries that need to be respected. Each session can be individual or build upon one another to achieve desired outcome. Styles of yoga include: Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative, Yin, Pregnancy and Trauma-Informed.
All clients must have high-speed Internet, a computer or cellphone with camera for video calls and a space to practice. Clients will fill out a questionnaire during the first session to support Alexis in creating sessions to meet their needs.
All clients should consult their primary physician or healthcare provider before beginning any kind of physical or mental well-being practices.
Q: Q: What's your cancellation policy?
A: If a client needs to cancel, 24 hours notice is required in order to receive a rescheduled appointment without additional charge. If a client provides less than 24 hours notice, no reschedule or refund will be issued.
Q: Do I need any yoga or meditation experience to work with you?
A: None! All sessions are guided by the client and no "previous experience" is required to receive the full benefits.
