- Before Starting

Clients must complete the Naturally Reset intake questionnaire before their first membership session.

Please have available:

* Your primary wellness goals
* Current health and wellness concerns
* Current medications and supplements
* Typical nutrition and lifestyle habits
* Relevant previous laboratory results
* Genetic testing results, if available
* Any other wellness information you believe may be relevant

- During the Membership

Clients are expected to:

* Attend scheduled sessions or provide appropriate notice if they need to reschedule
* Use messaging support for brief questions and updates between sessions
* Provide relevant laboratory or genetic reports before interpretation sessions whenever possible
* Communicate changes in symptoms, supplements, nutrition, or lifestyle that may affect the wellness strategy
* Follow up with their licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns requiring medical evaluation

- Laboratory Testing

Laboratory testing is **not included** in the membership price.

Clients are responsible for the cost of any laboratory testing they choose to complete. Testing recommendations are discussed separately based on the client's individual wellness goals and available information.

- Messaging

Messaging is intended for brief wellness-related questions, clarification, accountability, and updates between scheduled sessions.

It is not intended for emergencies, urgent medical concerns, or continuous real-time consultation.

- Initial Commitment

After completion of the initial 3 months, the membership continues at **$197/month** if the client chooses to continue.

Clients may cancel future membership after completing the initial 3-month commitment according to the applicable cancellation policy.
