Midlife Health Clarity Consultation

Service Description
You’re taking the supplements. You’re following the advice. Maybe you’ve had the labs. And yet you still don’t feel like yourself.
Maybe you’ve been told it’s menopause. Maybe your labs are “normal.” Or maybe you’ve collected so many recommendations along the way that you’re no longer sure what’s helping, what isn’t, or whether some of the pieces are working against each other.
Sometimes the answer isn’t adding more. It’s finally looking at everything together.
In this 60-minute virtual consultation, Dr. Leott Lowdermilk, Pharm.D., helps you step back and look at the bigger picture: your symptoms, medications, supplements, hormones, relevant health history and recent lab results when available.
Together, we’ll look for potential connections, areas of duplication, questions worth investigating, and factors that may deserve a closer look.
You’ll leave with greater clarity about your priorities, practical next steps, and better questions to discuss with your healthcare providers.
Because when menopause changes the rules, sometimes you need someone to help you connect the dots.
This consultation is educational and does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or care from your healthcare provider.
Service Requirements
After booking you will receive a link to complete a secure pre-consultation form.
This allows Dr. Leott to review the information and make the most of our time together. Please do not submit any private health information through Sofia Health.
Your secure intake will ask about your primary concerns, current medications, supplements, and hormone therapies, relevant recent lab results, and health information related to your concerns.
Please complete your intake at least 48 hours before your scheduled consultation.
Please do not stop or change prescribed medications without discussing the change with your prescribing healthcare professional.
FAQs
Q: Is this only for women who are currently in menopause?
A: No. This consultation may be helpful during perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause, especially when you’re trying to understand how symptoms, medications, supplements, hormones, lifestyle, and healthy aging may overlap.
Q: Will you tell me which medications or hormones I should take?
A: This is an educational consultation, not medical diagnosis or prescribing. I can help you better understand your current medications, supplements, hormone therapies, potential medication, supplement, and hormone-related considerations, and questions you may want to discuss with your healthcare provider.
Q: What should I have available for our consultation?
A: Please have an up-to-date list of your prescription and nonprescription medications, vitamins, supplements and herbal products; any hormone therapies you use; recent relevant lab results if available; and the primary symptoms or concerns you would most like to discuss.
Q: What will I leave with after the consultation?
A: The goal is clarity. We’ll identify the areas that deserve the most attention, potential connections you may not have considered, and practical next steps, including better questions to take to your healthcare providers.
