Complimentary 15-Minute Stress Management Consultation
Hi, I'm Ruvi! I'm a Stress Management and Resiliency Coach with a background in health coaching, nutrition, and fitness.
My journey into stress management actually began with fitness. I started out as a personal trainer, working with busy professionals who wanted to get healthier, stronger, and feel better.
But over time, I began noticing something interesting.
Many of the people I worked with knew what they *should* be doing to improve their health. The challenge wasn't always a lack of knowledge or motivation. It was life itself! Demanding careers, family responsibilities, never-ending to-do lists, and the constant pressure to keep going.
It often felt as though people were running on a never-ending treadmill of life, constantly moving, juggling responsibilities, and trying to keep up, but rarely finding the time to pause and take care of themselves.
I began to see how stress was affecting not just their physical health, but their energy, eating habits, sleep, and overall well-being.
That's when my approach began to shift.
I realized that helping people create lasting change meant looking beyond exercise and nutrition to understand what was happening in their everyday lives.
One of my favorite sayings is, "It's not just what we're eating, it's what's eating us."
And that philosophy continues to shape how I coach today.
I believe wellness shouldn't feel like another responsibility on an already overwhelming to-do list. My approach is practical, compassionate, and judgment-free, focused on helping you make realistic changes that fit your life rather than expecting you to rearrange your entire life around them.
Whether you're navigating workplace stress, trying to establish healthier habits, or simply wanting to feel more balanced, my goal is to help you find an approach that feels sustainable and uniquely yours.
Because taking care of yourself shouldn't be another source of stress.
